I think we are looking at the same folks. The info I have is from census's, Rhea County History books, and the almighty guess. My George Hale was born around 1800 and married a Lucinda Henderson on 7/21/1818 and had 5 kids in 1830 1 son born 1825-1830, 2 son's born 1820-1825 (one named Claudius (1821) I think), 1 daughter born 1815-1820, and 1 daughter born 1825-1830. From your note back on 12/20/99 Wiley (Wyly) was born in 1838 to George and Lucinda (from 1850 Census). George either got rid of or Lucinda died prior to 1847. He married Susan Eaton on 11/5/1847. He ended up having about 17 kids between the two wives. One was Minerva Hale Marshall who was my Great Great Grandmother. You also talked about a Elizabeth Buster. The only Elizabeth I have found died in Rhea County on 4/11/1845 she was born in 1799. She is buried next to another George Hale Born 1762. His stone reads George Hale born 1762 Dead after 175 years. I guess that means he lived until 1937???? Anyway, I have guessed George Hale (1762) was the father of Elizabeth Hale (1799) and George Hale (1800). But like I said this is only a guess. Since its been so long since you first wrote your message, you might have the same or better info. If any of this links up or you have additional or better info please let me know.
